1.4 - Email Sending Issues

If your emails are not sending properly from your system, review the common causes below to quickly identify and fix the issue inside your Go High Level CRM account.

1. SMTP Not Connected Properly

  • Ensure your SMTP provider (Mailgun, SendGrid, Gmail, etc.) is correctly integrated.

  • Verify API keys and SMTP credentials are entered accurately.

2. Domain Not Authenticated

  • Confirm SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are added to your domain DNS settings.

  • Missing authentication records can cause emails to fail or land in spam.

3. Email Limits Reached

  • Check if your email provider has daily or monthly sending limits.

  • Upgrade your plan if you are exceeding your allocated quotq

4.Emails Going to Spam

  • Avoid spam-trigger words and excessive links.

  • Warm up your domain before sending bulk campaigns.

  • Maintain clean contact lists to protect sender reputation.

5. Unverified Sending Address

  • Make sure the “From” email address is verified with your SMTP provider.
