1.5 - SMS Not Delivering

If your SMS messages are not delivering properly inside your Go High Level CRM, review the common reasons below to quickly identify and resolve the issue.

1. Phone Number Not Verified or Registered

  • Ensure your sending number is properly configured.

  • For US numbers, confirm A2P 10DLC registration is approved.

  • Unregistered numbers may result in message blocking.

2. Insufficient Wallet Balance

  • Check your SMS balance or billing wallet.

  • Low or zero balance will prevent messages from sending.

3. Invalid Contact Number

  • Verify the contact’s phone number format (include country code).

  • Remove extra spaces or special characters.

4. Carrier Filtering

  • Avoid spam-like wording, excessive links, or all caps.

  • Do not include prohibited content.

  • High complaint rates can trigger carrier blocking.

If issues continue, submit a support ticket with the contact number, message content, and screenshot of the error log for faster assistance.
